ANSWER Porch pick-up is located on the west side of Roswell, GA, near Leita Thompson Park. After your order has been approved, you will receive an email with payment instructions and pick-up time options.

ANSWER Yes! Delivery to Metro Atlanta, North Fulton, and surround areas is available for an additional fee, which is calculated by mileage.

ANSWER For custom orders, payment is due within 72 hours of invoice receipt. Custom orders are not considered booked until payment is received in full.

ANSWER Yes! You may cancel your cookie order, and receive a refund in full, up to 7 days prior to pick-up date. Orders cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice will receive a credit towards a future order. No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made.

ANSWER Adjustments to order quantity can be made at any time, but are subject to availability. Changes to cookie order colors, designs, etc. can be made up to 1 week before order pick-up.

ANSWER Yes, if the cookies are to be shipped within the state of Georgia. Out of state shipping is not available at this time due to restrictions of the Georgia Cottage Food License.

ANSWER Yes! You can freeze your cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 months. When you’re ready to consume the cookies, just take them out of the freezer and allow several hours to thaw. DO NOT open the container until cookies are completely thawed as condensation may ruin the cookies.
